ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS ARE PRIVATE NONPROFIT ENTITIES, INDIAN TRIBAL GOVERNMENTS AND TRIBAL ORGANIZATIONS, TERRITORIAL ORGANIZATIONS, AND PUBLICLY FUNDED ORGANIZATIONS NOT ACTING IN A GOVERNMENTAL CAPACITY, SUCH AS LAW SCHOOLS. OVW FUNDS PROJECTS THAT PROVIDE LEGAL SERVICES FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, DATING VIOLENCE, AND STALKING THROUGH DIRECT REPRESENTATION AND/OR COOPERATION BETWEEN VICTIM SERVICE PROVIDERS AND LEGAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDERS. LIVESAFE RESOURCES, INCORPORATED AND ITS COLLABORATIVE PARTNER, ATLANTA LEGAL AID SOCIETY WILL PROVIDE CIVIL LEGAL SERVICES AND ADVOCACY FOR COBB COUNTY VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, DATING VIOLENCE, STALKING, AND ELDER ABUSE.
