IN ADDITION TO THE CAPITAL ADVANCE, 202 CAPITAL ADVANCE PROPERTIES RECEIVE A RENEWABLE PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT (PRAC) WHICH COVERS REASONABLE AND NECESSARY OPERATING EXPENSES BEYOND THE TENANT’S PORTION OF THE RENT.
